Shipping Info


Canadian Eco Products Inc. provides ships directly from our warehouse stock. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location. This information can all be found at checkout, after you enter your shipping address.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once your product order is confirmed. An email confirmation is sent once your package has been shipped with your courier and tracking information.

Your order is shipped by Canada Post and their affiliates, which can take up to 2-9 business days depending on where you live. Sometimes couriers run behind and it can take longer. We always send your tracking information to you so you can track where your package is. Please note that shipping can be delayed during high peak times such as the holiday season.



Canadian Provinces – 2 to 6 business days – Rates calculated during checkout.
Canadian Territories – 3 to 9 business days – Rates calculated during checkout.

Canadian Eco Products Inc. takes pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date.

While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping across the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of our shipping couriers. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

Canadian Eco Products Inc. is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. Most carriers will deliver packages anytime between 8am-8pm. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive need, we recommend placing your order early. Canadian Eco Products Inc. is not responsible for delays in transit due to busy peak season orders, high package volume (especially during holidays) or other uncontrollable events, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $25 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Canadian Eco Products Inc. is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.
